Following the sad news of the death of Her Majesty the Queen, St Mary’s Hitcham will be open for personal prayer at the following times
Friday 9th September
10.30 – 12.30 - the bell will be tolled at 12 noon for 30 minutes
15.30 – 18.00
Saturday 10th September
11.00 – 12.30
Sunday 11th September
Services at 9am and 11am
In the parish of our link Church, of St Mary Magdalene in Ritchie South Africa, they only possessed one wheelchair for disabled people and they had to share as required.
Last year we, at St Mary's Hitcham, raised funds to help with this problem. We are pleased to say that we have negotiated the purchase of six wheelchairs for ownership by St Mary Magdalene to be loaned out to those people who need them.
